Quiet days in Menorca

Menorca in October.

Albarracín-Spain

Located near Teruel in Spain, from the village you can see the fort on the mountain, I went there when I was staying in Teruel for a few days last summer.

 

Parque del Retiro-Madrid

El Retiro, is a historic garden and public park in Madrid . Considered as one of the main tourist attractions of the city, it has numerous architectural, sculptural and landscape collections from the 17th to the 21st centuries.

It was built in the first half of the seventeenth century.and it is use as an urban park since 1767,  allowed the public to enter for recreational purposes and, definitively, from 1868, when it came under the ownership of the City of Madrid. it has 118 hectares (1.180 000 m²). 

Menorca-Balears-Spain

I went to Menorca in 2013 the second island of the Balears (Spain), I was surprised for the beaches, I knew would be nice, because I had already been in Mallorca (the biggest island), in this occasion I went a few days to disconnect a little bit, and in fact I did, it was at the beginning of November and even like that I could have a bath even the water was cold, I recommend if you go to Menorca to hire a car because it is easier to move in the island,  some of their small beaches (cales) have difficult access so you have to go walk but believe is worth it.

Cadaqués-Catalonia

Cadaqués located in the catalan coast “Costa Brava”, used to be a fishing village, nowadays it is a still a fishing village, but it is also a touristic place, known as well because Dalí had a house and spent part of his life.
