Chichen Itza-Mexico

Chichen Itza was one of the largest Maya cities in the State of Yucatan, (800 A.D) it belongs to the Seven Wonders, I was there last summer, and it is a magical site, it was crowded, I have to say it was very hot, even and so I enjoyed because it is full of history. There is also a “cenote” it is a type of “lake” that you can only find them in Mexico.

Cenote Azul-Mexico

One of the things that surprised me from Mexico were the “Cenotes” the subterranean caves, some of them covered some of them not, I had the change to go to the “Cenote Azul” this one is located in the “Riviera Maya” about 25 kms distance from Playa del Carmen in the road 307 Cancun-Tulum

Valladolid-Mexico

When I was in Mexico, I rented a car to go out from the resort where I was staying, I decided to go to Valladolid, it is located in the Yucatán Peninsula about 160 kms of distance of Cancun,  When I arrived I found this wonderful Catholic Church, there are beautiful houses of the Colonial period. It was very nice to see.

Tyresta National Park-Sweden

This post it is about Tyresta National Park, 40 minutes away from Stockholm, it has a virgin forest, with some lakes to swim, when I went it was too cold so I couldn´t….I was completely alone, I felt very peaceful and it was perfect to walk and disconnect, actually you can get there taking a bus.

Birka-Viking Island-Sweden

Two years ago I went to Birka, close to Stockholm, It was the first time I was going to a Viking Island and I was very excited, I took a boat it took one hour aproxemetely. When we arrived to Birka we were having a walk for the island. We could see the lifestyle the vikings had. They were buried with their belongings in small mountains.
